Senior Companion

Dear Family,

My new companions name is Elder Michael Duplisea. He is from Canada! He is a great missionary! Hard worker and I am follow-up training him, he is a younger missionary but his spanish is better than mine! We biked all week i worked his shoes right off! it was a long hard week but we wanted to find people to teach soooo bad!! We did A LOT of tracting and were not really sucsessfull we found a couple of new investigators but no one amazingly solid. We Knocked and Knocked and Knocked some more, until the last hour ...of the last day of five solid days of tracking and biking! It was the last door we were going to knock that night.  We were lead to this man who is the father of a family of nine!! We contacted him and he ended up letting us in to sit down and talk with him. The lesson we had is easily in the top three Best lessons I have ever taught! The spirit was so strong! We taught the resturation so clearly, that he completely understood the need for a resturation. He told us at the end of the lesson that if God tells him that the Book of Mormon is true, that he will change his church and be baptized in a heart beat! It was amazing that the spirit was able to testify through us and we have a return apointment with him on Tuesday! Hard work and obedience ALWAYS pays off! "after much tribulation come the blessings" and "Sacrifice (always) brings forth the blessings of heaven". It was a good week and my first week as senior and the house didn't burn down so that is good :) I finished the Book of Mormon again and . . . . . Its just True there is no other way to put it! I know its true with all my heart and I am so thankfull that i can read it over and over and over again! Its blessed m
